More about Amy...

Attorney Amy J. Smith was elevated to Partner of the firm in 2018. Amy began working with Joseph A. Lambariello in 2008 as a law clerk while simultaneously earning her law degree at Seton Hall University, where she was a Dean’s Scholar and a member of Phi Alpha Delta. Prior to law school, Amy received her B.A. in Economics from Wagner College in 2007, and received the Economics Department Award.  At Wagner College, Amy served as Executive Vice President of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and was a member of the Leadership Honor Society, Omicron Delta Kappa. 

 

In 2012, Amy began working with the firm as an Associate Attorney primarily serving under the auspices of Joe’s tax practice, complex estate planning and business transactions. To further her tax background, Amy returned to school and obtained her LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.

 

Amy enjoys working with clients in estate planning and business transactions to help them plan for the future to protect their assets and their families.  

 

Amy is active in her community and lectures on the importance of proper estate planning to her local, civic, and religious organizations in Middlesex County, New Jersey. 

 

Amy is a co-founder and co-host of Lawyers Who Launch, a popular blog, podcast, course and social media platform that helps law students and attorneys navigate their professional network and better leverage their time networking to grow their careers. 

 

Amy is the co-author of The Law Student’s Guide to Networking and The College Student’s Guide to Networking. She often returns to college and law school campuses to speak on the topic of networking and building professional relationships. 

 

Amy is married to her high school sweetheart, Justin. Together they are raising three children. In her spare time, Amy enjoys reading and spending time with her family.
