Client Engagement Specialist

We deliver thoughtful, long-term legal guidance with empathy, integrity, and a client-first mindset. As our practice grows, we’re seeking a skilled Client Engagement Specialist to help turn referrals and inquiries into meaningful client relationships.
This role is ideal for someone motivated by results, skilled in building rapport, and passionate about helping people navigate their legal needs. You’ll serve as the first impression of our firm by listening with care, explaining our services and process, and helping prospective clients feel confident taking the next step.
While this is not a legal or commission-based role, performance-based bonuses may be available based on overall contribution to the firm’s success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a warm, professional point of contact for potential clients
  • Guide prospective clients through our intake process
  • Ask thoughtful questions to understand client needs and goals
  • Educate prospects on our firm’s philosophy and services (without offering legal advice)
  • Coordinate paid strategy sessions with the appropriate attorney
We’re Looking For:
  • 3+ years in client-facing, service-driven roles (e.g. intake, admissions, or consultative sales)
  • Excels at building trust over phone, Zoom, or in person
  • Can manage emotionally sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism
  • Is comfortable discussing pricing and services without high-pressure tactics
  • Thrives in a metrics-driven environment focused on client care
  • Learns systems quickly and uses CRM or intake tools with ease
  • Balances warmth and structure while guiding people toward action
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Confidence in leading client conversations with empathy
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
  • A team player who thrives in a mission-driven environment
