Amy J. Smith joined the firm in 2008 as a law clerk while pursuing her law degree at Seton Hall University, where she distinguished herself as a Dean’s Scholar and an active member of Phi Alpha Delta. She earned her B.A. in Economics from Wagner College in 2007, receiving the prestigious Economics Department Award, and demonstrated leadership as Executive Vice President of Alpha Delta Pi Sorority and a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, the Leadership Honor Society.
Amy’s journey with the firm continued in 2012 when she transitioned into the role of Associate Attorney, focusing on tax law, complex estate planning, and business transactions under the guidance of Joseph A. Lambariello. Her commitment to excellence led her to further enhance her expertise by obtaining an LLM in Taxation from Villanova University School of Law.
Elevated to Partner in 2018, Amy is dedicated to helping clients secure their future by providing tailored estate planning and business transaction services. She is passionate about protecting her clients' assets and ensuring the well-being of their families.
Beyond her legal practice, Amy is actively involved in her community and fundraising efforts for her children's school.
