Mary Kate Speed, Esq., CELA is a dedicated attorney who joined the firm in 2012, prior to graduating and passing the Bar. With a keen focus on estate planning, probate, and trust administration, Mary Kate brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her practice. She is committed to helping clients navigate the often complex and emotional landscape of estate law, ensuring that their wishes are honored, and their families are protected.

Mary Kate discovered her passion for estate and trust law when she took her first legal position in a law firm handling estate administration matters. She gained invaluable experience in handling intricate estate and probate matters. Her ability to understand the unique needs of each client and provide tailored solutions has earned her a reputation for excellence and reliability.

Prior to her legal career, Mary Kate had a career in cosmetology and was an active volunteer with her sorority, Alpha Gamma Delta, while attending the Richard Stockton College of New Jersey (now Stockton University). In addition to her legal expertise, Mary Kate is an active member of the community. She frequently volunteers her time fostering animals for local rescue groups and supporting programs aimed at educating the public about estate planning and elder law issues.

To achieve this certification, she met rigorous standards that include advanced elder law practice experience, peer review, continuing legal education, and successful completion of a comprehensive written examination.
