Alicia has grown with LSS Law from her start as a receptionist, to paralegal, to her current role as Case Manager, a position that showcases her exceptional organization and follow-through. Alicia keeps the wheels turning behind the scenes, making sure each case receives the timely attention it deserves.
Since joining the firm in 2011 as our receptionist while pursuing her paralegal studies, Alicia has mastered the art of juggling complex legal tasks with focus and grace. Her exceptional organization and drive were evident from the outset; she was inducted into Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Paralegal Honor Society, while working full-time at our firm. With a sharp eye for detail and a deep understanding of our internal processes, Alicia keeps everything on track, allowing our attorneys to concentrate on the legal work while she manages the rest with calm precision.
