Alicia has been part of Lambariello, Smith & Speed, LLC since 2011, growing with the firm from receptionist to paralegal and now serving as Case Manager. Having worked across different aspects of the firm, she has developed a deep understanding of how each part of a matter needs to work together to provide clients with a smooth, well-coordinated experience.
As Case Manager, Alicia works closely with the attorneys, paralegals, and support team to keep matters moving forward. She monitors client files, coordinates deadlines and next steps, identifies issues that need attention, and helps ensure that communication and information stay on track. While much of her work happens behind the scenes, her role helps clients feel informed, supported, and confident that their matter is receiving the attention it deserves.
Alicia approaches her work with a strong sense of responsibility and genuine concern for the people involved. She understands that clients often come to LSS during important and sometimes difficult periods in their lives. She strives to make the legal process feel organized and manageable while being someone clients and colleagues can rely on to listen, communicate clearly, and step in when something needs attention.
Alicia began her career at LSS while pursuing her paralegal studies and was inducted into Lambda Epsilon Chi, the National Paralegal Honor Society, while working full-time at the firm. Her years with LSS have given her not only a detailed understanding of the firm's processes, but also a lasting perspective on what clients need from the people guiding them through important legal matters.
